Use the same verified email address your organiser invited. No separate scanner account is needed.

Sign in with the invited email, accept access and your assigned event will open automatically.
Your scanner can only admit tickets for assigned events currently open for entry. Each QR works once. Check photo ID where the event requires age verification. Every scan is attributed to your login.
On iPhone, use Share → Add to Home Screen to save the scanner like an app. Camera scanning needs internet; offline scanning is not yet supported.
