One fair fixed upgrade gets your event into the featured position plus one dedicated promotional email to the existing opted-in SoundBunker events list. The promotional email sends automatically once your Premium Placement payment is verified and your event is live.
Proposed add-on: £49 UK / €59 Portugal per event, plus applicable tax. Available by approval only; no paid promotions or email campaigns are active in BETA.Stripe processes the payments. ticketBunker doesn't handle ticket money.
Stripe handles all card transactions and charges card-processing fees directly to the organiser's own Stripe account. These are similar to a card-machine processing charge. Stripe deducts its processing fees from ticket receipts before bank payout. We charge a separate flat listing fee, with no extra ticketBunker buyer booking fee.
Standard payouts follow Stripe's schedule. Optional faster payouts may have their own Stripe fees and eligibility restrictions.
BETA pricing proposal — checkout is disabled. GBP and EUR prices are separate and applicable tax is extra. Ticket brackets refer to tickets sold, not ticket types created. Upgrading requires organiser approval, and only the difference between fixed-price brackets is due. Starter and Standard require upfront listing payment. Flexible terms are considered only for Event Plus (501–2,000) and bespoke events above 2,000. Deposit and ticket-revenue collection require agreed written terms and Stripe Connect approval. No automatic deductions are active during BETA.
