Your door scanner team
Choose an event and enter a staff member's email. We'll create their private access link. They sign into that event scanner with the same verified email.
Invitation created
Staff sign into their assigned event only, using the same verified email. You can revoke access any time.
Share by SMS ↗Share privately on WhatsApp ↗Staff access is limited to assigned events while QR entry is open. Invitations expire after 72 hours, but accepted access lasts until revoked or the event closes. WhatsApp/SMS buttons open share messages; they do not auto-send.
Download and test the scanner + hub.
Rehearse your door setup with one laptop and at least two Android phones before using it at an event. Download everything while you have internet.
Test versions: Windows is an unsigned test build. Mac downloads are paused while the replacement completes Apple signing, notarisation and installer checks. Physical device checks are still required. Use a dedicated test event and spare devices; these builds are not cleared for live admissions.

The previous Mac 1.0.0 and 1.0.1 test packages can be rejected as damaged. Stop using those installers. The Mac download will return after Apple signing, notarisation and downloaded-app checks pass.
iPhone / iPad: the hub-compatible update is not available in TestFlight or the App Store yet. Use the Android test APK for this rehearsal; the older iOS scanner cannot pair with this hub.
Run a simple offline test
- Install the hub on one laptop and the scanner APK on two test phones. Sign in, choose a dedicated test event and download it in the hub while online.
- Connect the laptop and phones to the same private Wi-Fi. Pair each staff phone using its own QR in the hub, then confirm the event on both phones.
- Disconnect the router from the internet but keep Wi-Fi on. Scan the same test ticket on both phones: one should show APPROVED and the other ALREADY SCANNED. A phone that loses contact with the hub should pause approval.
- Restore internet, finish and sync the test event in the hub, then compare the organiser report with the hub totals. Keep the hub and scanner data until all entries have synced.

Stripe processes ticket payments and charges its card-processing fee directly to the organiser's account, like a card-machine fee. ticketBunker does not collect or distribute ticket revenue, add a buyer booking fee, or take a per-ticket commission. Checkout is not available in BETA.

VAT/tax and Stripe fees are separate; approval is required for upgrades and only the difference is due.
Starter and Standard are upfront-only. Event Plus and bespoke events may request deposit terms, subject to agreement. BETA prices are proposals; listing payments and live ticket checkout remain disabled.

Save the event details in Step 1 first. You do not need to add ticket tiers before requesting a quote.

Put your event in TicketBunker's featured position above standard listings. A fair fixed upgrade: £49 UK / €59 Portugal (proposed, before any applicable tax). One-time per event, subject to availability and approval.

Give promoters their own ticket links
Track each promoter's tickets and choose a reward target. Cash, free tickets, VIP tables or custom perks can be earned from real paid sales only.
During €0 testing, test bookings are tracked separately. They do not count toward cash, VIP tables, free tickets or perks. Rewards are agreements between the organiser and promoter; TicketBunker does not issue rewards or transfer money automatically.
